The company, which specialises in helping businesses drive continual improvement, has promoted Jack as part of its ambitious plans to rapidly grow the business as it continues to experience solid growth and demand.

During his time with the company, Jack has successfully completed a raft of qualifications including ISO 9001 auditor training, NEBOSH health and safety, plus Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) training and associate membership.

Absolute Quality founder and managing director, Helen Short said: “Jack has been an essential member of the team here for three years now and I’m hugely proud of what he has achieved over this time. One of our main principles is to nurture our own team and Jack has worked extremely hard developing his skills and knowledge, and successfully achieving his qualifications. This, coupled with his energy and dedication, has led to a well-deserved promotion within the company.”

As Consultant and Trainer, Jack will take on further responsibility working directly with a range of clients to provide them with bespoke training as well as consultancy support to help them to develop management systems that underpins their business risks, build resilience, and drive continual improvement to help them grow and thrive.

Jack said: “Knowing that I can develop my career with a company that truly values and supports its colleagues is important to me and achieving my qualifications has helped me to progress even further in a career I love. I’m really looking forward the challenge of working on both the training and consultancy sides of the business and working directly with clients to identify the right improvement measures and help them move from good to great.”
