Graduate Consultant and Trainer, Jack Nunnerley, has enjoyed a successful first year with Absolute Quality Consultancy & Training Ltd.
Jack, 24, joined the company last summer following his graduation from Leeds Beckett University where he achieved a BA (Hons) International Business degree.
He has undertaken an intensive training programme with the support of Business Development Manager, Lora Wilson, and has contributed to the company’s success as it unfolded its ambitious plans over the last 12 months.
Jack said: “I started out shadowing the management team to build my understanding of the consultancy services and training provided by Absolute Quality. The biggest support for my professional development has been the responsibility I’ve been entrusted with and I now work closely with a range of clients on their management systems.”
Lora said: “Jack’s energy and commitment has paid dividends; he quickly grasped the principles of management systems and now with a number of our clients to support their existing systems as well as implementing new ones.”
In addition to supporting Lora and Managing Director Helen Short with the consultancy services, Jack also runs regular training sessions with Training Director Andrew Willson. He is also planning to boost his knowledge even further with lead auditor ISO 9001:2015 training and a NEBOSH health and safety qualification.
Lora said: “We’re all delighted with the progress and fantastic contribution Jack has made. It has been an exciting and rewarding first year and we’re confident that the wonderful work will continue and drive further success for Absolute Quality and for the wide range of businesses we work with.”
Jack concluded: “It’s been a brilliant first year and has been an eye-opening experience into the world of professional services. I’m very impressed with the conscious effort that everyone has made to educate me on a range of skills from technical points to showing me how the different management standards, systems and processes work. It’s really given me the opportunity to excel and demonstrate what I’m capable of. Onwards and upwards!”
