Graduate Trainee Consultant Ryan Doyle has brought fresh perspective and a unique skill set since joining consultancy and training provider, Absolute Quality, in 2021.
The University of Sunderland Graduate Internships team has supported Ryan’s progression within the company and he quickly become an invaluable member of the team.
Lora Wilson, Director at Absolute Quality, said: “One of the key questions we ask during interviews is what do you love and what are you good at?
“This helps to better understand people’s strengths and what motivates them, so we already knew that Ryan key values matched our company values and he fit straight in from his first day. He joined with a positive attitude, was eager to learn, and not afraid to offer his support to the team.”
Ryan specialises in supporting the company’s clients by building and implementing management systems that help them manage risks, find solutions to issues that they face, and drive continual improvement.
He has also obtained a number of qualifications in his first year, the main one being his Lead Auditor qualification. He is also undergoing his NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification and completing an IEMA Environmental Management Course.
Ryan’s advice for students and graduates looking for similar opportunities is: “to look for something you’re interested in and have a passion for. This may take longer, but ultimately it will lead to them to a role that motivates, and you can look forward to.”
Absolute Quality, which specialises in helping businesses drive continual improvement, is now focusing on continued business growing and helping even more clients gain the confidence to address the challenges and opportunities they face.
