Janine said: “One of the clear benefits of upgrading the standards is that it has heightened the awareness of the importance of quality among our workforce. This has created an excellent reporting system and a mind-set that both benefits and reassures our customers.”

The Absolute Quality team swiftly turned the situation around with their friendly, no-nonsense and easy-to-understand approach and have since become an invaluable part of the team.”
The company successfully made the transition to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 with ease, passing their audit with flying colours.
