Absolute Quality welcomes a new member to our team, Dawn Flynn, Management System Consultant. Dawn has extensive experience in ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems, as well as business finances.
Dawn started her working life as an account’s assistant and progressed to management, where she first became responsible for introducing management systems to the businesses she was employed by.
She first met Absolute Quality in 2004, after the company who were supporting the implementation of the management system wanted to send another member of their team to complete the third-party audit to certify it. This rang alarm bells to Dawn, as she was aware that a UKAS accredited third party should audit the management system for impartiality, so she made contact with Absolute Quality.
Since meeting Dawn, she has implemented many management systems alongside Absolute Quality, before joining us as a full-time member of the team.
